I don't want luxury, I don't want a fancy interior. I just need a sea worthy vessel that will take me round the islands.

Unfortunately no (bareboat) yacht charters based in St.Kitts but check out St.Maarten SXM for possibilities.

Friends of ours chartered a few times out of Rodney Bay, St Lucia.

Top tip. As soon as you can, get out into clear water and dive the boat taking pieces of any damage. The companies do when you get back....some of them.....and try to stiff you with the bill.

Our friends above own a dive school in Gib. They had that treatment tried on them once. Subsequent charters they were looked after!

Oh there are a lot of Sunsail bases up and down the islands. The one in St.Vincent is cool.

Barefoot's smallest boat is a Jeanneau 34, but it does not appear to be very 'cheap' - they are in St Vincent.
