On Wheeler Dealers they were repairing a Chev Corvett Fibreglass Body with Carbon Fibre Filler.
Has this filler been out a long time and I have missed the adverts for it or is it something that UK manufacturers have not started doing yet?
Certainly seems a stronger filler.

I cannot really see why carbon fibre would add much (to a GRP repair). A DIY-mixed (or bought) epoxy filler with some added chopped strands would theoretically be stronger than original GRP anyway, so arguably no need to go any further (with the composition of the fibres).

Filler manufacturers are quite clever at branding things like this. For instance, the polyester fillers they sell with added 'fibre' reinforcement are just - well - polyester 'bog' with some chopped strands mixed in, for twice the price of the bog on its own!
