Car Parking Dartmouth

What are the options for leaving cars when sailing. I would prefer not to pay throught the nose to park. My car is 13 years old and I am not precious about it so happy to leave in a side road somewhere where it will not be an obstruction or a nuicance. Are there such spots on the outskirts of Dartmouth?

People parking for days at a time in other people's residential roads generally are a nuisance unfortunately.

You could try websites such as YourParkingSpace - may be cheaper than 'proper' car parks

I suspect a council website will show any residential streets where parking restrictions operate ?

It would be a walk, actually a great place to start a walk, but there's unlimited parking on the road/track above the castle. A bit in the woods though.

Or the Park and Ride is just £5 a day.

Not cheap and you get fined for the shortest overstay, it's managed by one of the parking companies rather than the marina.
