Well the marina looks like it is building new facilities . Columns cast waiting on shuttering for floor or roof.
Yacht nobody there so its a guess - folding dinghy ???

I don't know, but I do know that is Gibraltar and the boat is a charter boat owned by the guy who owns the tool and plant hire/DIY store behind the building site.

When was it taken? The background is what used to be the old shephards marina, but it looks like the new marina complex is well under way.

It Was taken last week, a real building site over that side at the mo.
