Is there anyone in the the Ely area that would make a boat canopy, or does anyone know of a company.

You could try Rivermill Upholstery in St Neots or speak with Ron Wood at Carters Boatyard at Buckden, there's a good trimmer works out of his yard I think, either way he could point you towards him. You'll get the phone numbers from 192, alternatively, try Ely Boat Chandlers, they might know someone more local.
