Cannot remove fuses

Hi does anyone know how an earth to remove fuses from this type of panel?

I have tried everything and they are completely locked in.

Press “fuse”, sprung loaded are they not?

They might be 'circuit breakers', so just press to reset.

Yes they appear to be on springs. But will not come out at all when pressed in.

Genius. That worked. All up and running again. It would have helped if i could see where it clearly says on the side of each fuse... "Open"
