Hi there, I have just bought a 17 foot cabin boat for total renovation and i dont know what make or modelit is. After searching through hundreds of pages on google images i cant find anything that looks something like it!

The only clue i have to a make or model was very feint lettering on the side near the navigation lights on the side all i could make out were the letters "YDRO"??

The pictures are of it ready for the new paint. it has a stainless rail that goes on the front.

If anyone could shed any light on the make or model i would be very grateful

Many thanks

Will

This is what I had in mind, and looking at the pics although they are different angles I think I might be right!!!

I have nearly finished doing it up now, the engine goes on it tomorrow (60 hp mercury)
I have all the necessary safety equiptment, radar reflector, VHF, Lifejackets, plotters and fish finder for depth. It says on the advert that it is for offshore use etc, with this in mind would it be a suitable vessel for sailing from say Skegness which is where i live to somehere like hunstanton on a nice calm day? Might sound like a silly question but my experience of boats is more of the variety ranging from multicat work vessels to the QE2!

Well, given a really calm day it's possible to make that trip on a surfboard. Could be an idea to take an inflatable or liferaft - just in case, you understand...
