Recent joiner to YBW - hello everyone!
I’m doing up a Hunter Impala I received last year and working on doing a total rewiring and revamping of her cabin and instruments. One of the challenges I am facing at the moment is finding a suitable bilge pump that can fit in the clearance available between the deck flooring and the keel. There is small space of 2inches available and I’ve not yet found a solution.
I had seen that Seaflo sell a self priming impeller bilge that I could in theory install behind the engine and run a hose but ideally, I’d like it be automatic with a float switch installed But I run into the same issue of spacing, unable to find a float switch that could fit in the gap. Has anyone else run into this issue or have a solution I’m not thinking about?
Thanks for your time.
