Anyone know whats happening about the proposed Marina extention at the Greenwich Marina near Altea . I paid a deposit on a berth 3 years ago. When I ring or visit, they say 'senor we start next month'

I too would like to know what is happening at Campomanes. I undestand that the requisite planning permission has been obtained and the developers are building a huge extension to Mascarat up on the cliff.
The properties around the harbour complex are looking rather shabby and there is still the eyestore of the half finished shell of apartments which looks like it will fall down before it is completed.
Can you advise me who to talk to to make enquiries about a new berth and do you have any indication of price?
