So it would be great to se rear end when going astern , a mate has give me a 12volt 5 mp camera with coax lead can this be linked to the e80 screen . Any help is greatly received .

Well Paul even on the manual it says e series it’s from 2007 if that helps . Cheers.

One of these should work, or a CAM100 if you can find one. Raymarine CAM50 CCTV Camera (PAL format)
Or, if you have a tablet, try looking at wifi cameras.

Pauls comment of tablet with WiFi camera was my thinking as well ... or to your phone. Then you have a screen you can look at whatever you are doing.
Total price even if you buy a tablet - could be less than a proprietary item ??
