Gents and ladies

I'm back down for 10 days on Tuesday and wondered if any of the local hotels around the Marina allow the use of their pool, I asked at the yacht club but they obviously have gold in the water as wanted 30 euros each for a swim!!,

Some days with 2 kids a pool is all you need .

Thanks in advance

My crew are split between BCU's charter boat and the Hotel D'Or which is up the road from the marina opposite the Spar shop. I'll ask them when I am in there this Friday.

I was there 3 years ago, it was very easy to bring friends into our hotel for the day, we were all inclusive so they didn't buy a drink either!

Have you considered taking out a 1 years membership?

Hi Doug, I only need it really for the summer holidays so a 12 month pass would be a waste, I was hoping to find a nearby hotel where we can rent a bed/ use the pool etc.

Hope to meet you in Cala D'or when you are next over.

I do !

Head out of the marina along the track that follows the route you take when exiting the marina by boat.

There is a bar with a pool. e 5 for a sunbed. Was there the other day.

Morning Jeremy

So from the Marina office up the hill a bit then turn left and follow that road?

Any idea of the name of the bar ??

We are back out on Tuesday but not sure if you are back in the uk then.

Thanks

It all comes back to me now.... The path starts on the large roundabout behind the marina office. It is signposted to Es Forti I think. The path runs along adjacent to the marina for a few hundred yards the takes you up behind the villas. Just follow your nose towards the little beach Cala Pou. Its the one on your starboard side as you leave the marina on your boat. It does get very busy, but we have been swimming there as its the closest beach from the boat, just a few minutes walk. The bar and pool is just being the beach, you can't miss it. Neighbours on Pontoon E also use this pool. We leave on Tuesday so will miss you (although I may decide to stay!)
