A combination of the strengthening dollar and a cost increase in the summer. Even so, £29.95 is a very low price - I have to assume it is ex VAT and carriage. We do the 757 for £44.95 including VAT and UK carriage, say £35 ex VAT and carriage.

which one of the single Caframo models have you installed ?
I have to install them soon and indeed I only heard rave reports about them..

On Googling, it seems the one we have must be the 757, although Salty John, from whom we bought it, describes it as the Ultimate and doesn't quote a number. Ours is the two-speed one.

It appears that there is not a 24 volt version of this one but most of the other models seem to be available in 24 V.
 
It is the 757. They have shuffled the names around a bit - this fan is now the 'Caframo 757 Ultimate'. Caframo liked our description of it as the ultimate cabin fan and adopted it!
