Cable entry glands

I went with this one by Scanstrut because it's smaller than the Index one, albeit not so elegant.

They usually come with gaskets but it's worth bedding them down with Sikaflex instead

I'm trying to solve a gland deck issue ... 5 different sized cables ..... B&G Network wind, VHF Coax, Anchor light, steaming light, common -ve.

Previous owner had a circular fitting in the deck at an angle and tried to seal cables with great gobs of silicon and then bound with tape .. but it always dripped ...
Yard is proposing to fit a backward curved pipe .....

The red / blue cap on it - is a cap from an anti-freeze can !! pushed on and taped as a temp measure during winter storage.
