Cabin mattresses - SE area

Hello

I would love recommendations for some work on mattresses and covers

Our two aft cabins need turning into sea berths, so the double mattresses being cut in half to accommodate a central lee cloth and the covers adjusted accordingly.

Any recommendations in Solent area, or Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire, would be welcome.

I have in mind that a caravan person might be cheaper than a boat person...

There used to be an upholstery shop on the main road into Gosport .... but cannot remember name ... Yellow Pages ?

The Bed And Mattress Centre on the A27 at Chichester purpose made us a new mattress for the forward cabin in memory foam and waterproof covered against condensation. Reasonable price IIRC.

Try south coast covers. Very reasonable and Richie does a first class job. Based on Southampton !
