Buying formalities Spain.

I am considering buying a boat in Spain. Y favourite is on the Polish registry.

Can anyone advise on the formalities that should be observed? Id prefer to let it on that registry for the time being.

It's being sold through a broker and it's not huge money, but I'd like to not fall foul of Spanish paperwork..
