Hi, I am looking to buy a boat in Spain and keep it on the mainland coast, just for holidays and coastal cruising.
If I buy a boat under a Spanish flag, with proof of VAT paid and evidence that the boat was in EU waters at the time of brexit ,can I reflag the boat and keep it in Spain without having to keep moving it every Eighteen months.
This will all be new to me so any advice anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated,cheers.
