Hi all. I haven't posted here for a long time since selling the boat and moving to Spain so hello again. I have recently built a number of dulcimers and cigar box guitars, too many - can't build any more. Active to want to do something else and my eyes have trembled seeing half hulls in pictures and I think I could have fun going from novice to novice plus. A little guidance needed though so here is an appeal to any one who has or is building such things for a forum, or other self-help group. Two issues immediately come to mind - transfering two dimensional line drawings into three and where to get accurate line drawings in the first place. Thoughts suggest a flat bottomed sprits'l (Thames) barge might be easier but boring (?) but Joshua Slocum's "Spray" plucks the heart strings. Any hints, comment, pointers, time savers would be most welcomed. Cheers from Spain (limited raw materials for many craft ideas).
