Brokers South France or Spain

A long shot, but hopefully someone can point me int he right direction. We're moving to France later this year and need to decide whether to keep our current boat (Moody 30) or buy another based down there (Med near Perpignan and hence close to the Spanish border).

I'm trying to find any French or Spanish brokers ideally in the area who have half decent web sites where I can get a better idea of what we can get for our money. Does anyone know of any I can look at?
