I wonder if Alex Salmond has thought about this one?
It doesn't matter, none of the "details" will even be discussed, never mind negotiated or decided until after there has been a "yes" vote. Basically they are being asked to buy a pig in a poke with all the "problems being sorted" after the choice is made. that's why both sides can make ridiculous claims about whether there will be a common currency, or no need for borders, or the scots will have to eave the EU etc etc. Sign this cheque & we will discuss who pays what to whom later.
