Went to Aldi today to try and find some more Cassoulet but was out of luck.

But I did find this bread mix which I thought I'd try.

Super simple to make and tastes Good!

Looks tasty and very convenient as well using a pre-mix.

I'd usually try and make from loose ingredients but this was so simple, tasty and cheap (46p) that I'm going to stock up - providing Oban Aldi doesn't run out overnight...
