Bow fender recommendations

Yes, all well and good for your home berth* but the OP in #5 said he wanted something to take with him wherever he went.

* If your marina allocates berths to visitors when their "owners" are away, that type of set up is a bit of a nuisance for the visitor if their usual berthing MO is to deposit someone onto the pontoon with a line. I've watched someone come a-cropper on one.
 
Went ahead and fitted this bow fender to the boat. I'm very skeptical on the level of protection it will offer, but for 20 quid at least there's something between the bow and the pontoon. This is a temporary solution until I get more experienced at single handed berthing.
