I see on the Manor of Bosham website that they will no longer allow "modern flybridge motorboats" to use the dockside for visits or dropoffs, or the visitor moorings for short stays.
My enquiries have led to some incredulous and unreasonable thinking behind this decision by the estate management.
Blocking the views from the sailing club terrace, safety issues, environmental impact and carbon footprints are all listed.
Can anyone throw any light as to why specifically "flybridge" vessels are now outlawed?
