The guy made it onto Sky News this morning, C&E claim that anyone buying from him is liable to have both their purchases AND their boat confiscated. Who said we didn't live in a police state? Nice looking boat though.

I think C&Es point of view was that you couldn't buy the stuff cheap unless you actually went to the other country yourself and purchased it.

Wonder how they square that with all the people who buy things on planes etc. That purchase is made outside territorial limits.

you're allowed the usual 1 litre / 200 fags if you buy duty free outside the EC. if you bring in more they can do you. simple.
