Doing a disel course at present and our teacher recommended a book on general engine/boat maintenace by a guy called Nigel Carver? Amazon don't have it and local nautical book store can't help. Anyone know/heard of it?

Nigel CALDER. He is a well known writer on boat maintenance. He has written a blinder on mechanical and electrical maintenance. Search on his name at Amazon and you will find that they stock his books (usually at a discount to specialist marine bookshops)
