Bolt Identity?

This bolt was supplied to fix a halliard fairlead to my mast, It looks as if it has some thread cutting ability as it has a triangular form. I've had a quick Google but haven't been able to find any details e.g name, hole dimensions. It appears to be approx 6mm diameter, with a Torx head.

Can anyone tell me what they are called?
