Boatyards along Fiumicino Canal

Hi - I’m looking for a cheap place to winter Options this year near Rome. In the past I’ve stayed at Max’ boatyard - Cantiere Albula - but it looks as if he’s closed. Anyone have a contact or can recommend somewhere? We’re a sailing boat a bit under 12m. Hope not to have any work to do, just need a spot in or out of the water from September to Easter. Wont be living aboard so facilities unimportant.

Some years ago we stayed for a few months at the boatyard above the rising bridge on the left. Was fine. Be aware the canal sometimes floods in winter but the guys will look after your boat. Think it was called Nautica Girosel or something. Last boatyard on the left.

We wintered afloat at Constellation Nautica. Lovely host. Ashore is possible but crane brought in for several boats rather than lift out at random.
