Probably and probably.

Pop into M&S at West Quay and buy something before you go in. Then book an appointment to look round one of the bigger mobos around lunchtime, and when you get on board, tell them that you want to test the dining table .

If it's dry, there is an area of grass near the hotel, where you can sit and have your lunch, but take a rug to provide a layer between your clothes and the mud/poo/condoms/needles.....

I post on here every year, pop into M&S in the shopping centre outside the entrance and buy a bag of value for money sandwiches and soft drinks.
