Ah well. Say no more. Theres the Boringdon Arms, but a stones throw from MF. Pity it's a long walk round.

Holds the distinction of being the first pub to go on the Good Pub Forum. LJS is a patron../forums/images/icons/smile.gif Then three others of lesser renown. Still quite fair though.

Zodiac Medline "do" Whats this all about. Sounds like a boat flogging contest!! Might keep far away from that!!!

Well there's rough & ROUGH and very very ROUGH, don't get a lot of waves on rivers & canals, though jet ski'ers can be a right pain when you are trying to cook somthing. First time on the sea - so I'll see !!!!!

some types of rough i am told can be quite interesting, nothing ventured nothing gained (just as long as there are no polyester pants involved)

Only genuine nylon. But MF is quite used to a bit of rough and tumble and relishes the waves of joy tumbling over her. The thrill of the next extatic, exuberant, expectancy and then the lull as she rides down the crest of the wave into that dark deap hollow.

You find out if your vertebrae are still intact after you've landed in a large trough. If you can move without pain, then either the cushions are great or the salesman wasn't travelling fast enough so as to hide their deficiencies /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
You also need to test their non staining properties after having consumed vol-au-vents and champagne in the marquee/forums/images/icons/blush.gif

so you're in a marquee, consuming vol-o-vents and bubbly at speed - what are you staining these cushions with? What's the salesman not going fast enough for?

/forums/images/icons/smile.gif

ps I really do like blue and white striped cushions/upholstery - why is it so expensive to get a boat with it?

Ahem, Paul - if "open another bottle" is your vessel's motto, when is the party? I hope you realise that I/J is traditionally the party pontoon, and newcomers are expected to conform to this!!
