Do you have a particular construction method or material in mind, it will help point you in the right direction.

Also what sort of boat are looking at building, mono, cat, multihull?
Cruiser, racer, sail, power?

A couple of clues will shorten the string if you get my drift.

something along the lines of a monohull racer, sail of course.
construction would be some sort of sandwich.

Most important to get the sequence right. There are so many variables in what goes where that constraints are invaluable. Start with those components which have no options or very few (like the engine). If you start with the pretty bits like cabinet work, you'll probably have to rip it all out again to instal tanks etc.
