does anyono have a rough idea of the cost of transporting a 30 ft boat to the canaries iether by land or shiping from the uk

Doesn't the lorry get wet if you try transporting all the way by land? I thought the canaries were islands? Or has the EC declared that they're not?
Seriously though, I'd have thought it would be cheaper to get a delivery crew to take it. And if they need any help I could do with a holiday ;-)
