I doubt in this forum but has anybody been?

I want to go just to have a look at Tarana a 1912 Dallimore around the same size as mine - but I reckon she must have been the first Dallimore built. The CB website says she is half-way through restoration, which through personal experience, I know is hard to quantify. Anybody seen her?

Might take in a CB stand talk too- anybody recommend one so I might choose my day.

This trip will pain me as I am not interested in the rest, but then again, in comaprison, how much Coelan will the £12.50 entry fee buy?

CB's stand is great, and Tarana is lovely - it looks like Gweek Quay are doing a really good restoration job.

I'm not sure what's in the programme of talks, but I have to recommend those by my friend Peter Willis - chairman of the Nancy Blackett Trust.

Well it was worth going to the show just to see Tarana - she is a real gem! It puts my restoration to shame - they have kept the restoration very true and you can see she is 1912 pedigree.

Her topsides are so fair its unreal. Actually Gweek are very talented at faring wood as the West Solent One Design the restored a couple of years back was accused of being plastic by one show visitor.

Nerisis looks great too - I'll see if I can upload some shots but my Canon driver is not working at present so bear with me!

I had my free Guinness and then left. The talks were over subscribed - but happy I spent a couple of hours looking at the CB stand.
