Boat photos

I've got loads of photos of my boat but many are spoilt by nasty "things" in the background like Yachts /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif or Brooms /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif - so is there a good photo editing package that I can use to take my boat and paste it into another picture or even "colour out" the offending image.

Is photoshop elements suitable or indeed any good.

Yes to both questions....Photoshop Elements 3 which is now available is a first class image editing programme without getting into pro range prices.
You still need to bring some dedicated learning time to the party though.....bit like playng the piano....however excellent the instrument a little talent goes a long way !

Photoshop is good, but I find Paint Shop Pro just as goodn and more intuitive in its features.
