Heading down the Wallet a couple of weeks ago we were photographed by two guys in a speedboat, with a large sign about boat photography, they seemed to be taking pictures of everyone in the area. They probably took some pretty good shots of us and we'd like to see them, the problem is we were a bit busy at the time and didn't have a chance to note down their name or website.

Anyone know who they might be?

I use a free site set up by a local ECF member

Yes, assuming it is the same people, we saw them a couple of weeks ago as we were heading across the Mersea Flats and close by the Molly heading towards Bradwell-ish.
Reason we saw them quite close was because they were also going the same way and came close across our bow (and I mean close) at high speed for no reason whatsoever when they could have gone behind us. Unimpressed.

Website is a bit, well, not very professional and the photos in the gallery are average, one or two good ones.

Puzzled by this though ''From the very first time you cast off our photographer is on his mark to capture those most tantalizing rare moments when you are ultimately within the seascope.'' What does this mean precisely?

Not impressed either, and they have not cut across my bow :)

Contacted the photographer on the rib. He finally sent me the shots of us (Thumbnails). All a bit disappointing. Poor angles, horizon sloping. Lots of close-ups of us in the cockpit, none of the boat under sail.

And wanting LOTS of money!!

All very average. Mostly close-ups of crew with rigging in the way. Only one shot of the boat, just as we furled the genoa, cranes coming out the top of the boat and horizon sloping.

Not £70 quids worth!
