Congratulations Jez. Good going for hanging in there/perseverance/dealing with sellers and brokers. That's a great long legged friends'n'family cruising machine you have there - there's no substitute for tonnes/metres and some nice quality!

I know my bank account hasn't recovered - it's amazing what you find that needs buying/replacing when you finally get it. Good luck with the delivery and with your new holiday home in the sun.
