Hi all

I'm down in Moraira for a week and currently sitting with a view over the Club Náutico marina.

Thus I'm wondering if anyone knows of any boat rental services available here or nearby?

I'm after a dayboat to take advantage of the fine weather for a bit of bay hopping.

Thanks

From the Moraira port sign walk up the narrow street away from the port and you will find a charter/ hire shop on the left. Today is a holiday (day of the dead) in Spain so likely to be closed.
Walk from the port towards the castle and you will see the jetski hire - they might know.
Me? up on Cumbre del Sol enjoying the sunshine!

I was in Calpe yesterday and they hire boats from the marina. You will need your ICC or equivalent as the engines are either 80 or 135hp.

Thanks all

I've an ICC so no problem there.

Ideally I'm looking for a 8m-9m or so for running around to the nearby Calas (if I've got my Spanish correct).

Of course it all comes down to cost!

ps. I'm currently sitting in El Portet and overlooking numerous boats at anchor in the bay, from 6m to 20m and I'm getting very jealous.

Perhaps I should bring my Prestige 30S with me next time!

I posted a very similar thread before my recent visit to Majorca when I got there the small day boats I found were in my view very expensive to hire. Odd thing was they seemed to all be sitting on the jetty moored with no one using them. I will be interested to see what the prices are like on the mainland so please tell once you find out
