That's the one that spent months on the 24hr public moorings in Kingston. I'm not surprised it went up, I remember seeing the owner using a BBQ inside while smoking a joint.

So the lifeboat caught fire.....
Amazed the RNLI were not up there in a flash, probably concentrating on vulnerable people walking across Tedd bridge, sorry I mean members of the public minding their own business...

It was the local nutter who wanders about collecting cigarette butts. Someone saw him on the bridge dressed in a jacket with only one sleeve and called the police, who in turn decided that the lifeboat had better launch.
