May need a new one soon, but so far been unable to find the correct size. Does anyone know of a company who can make a bespoke one to order? Thanks.

Thanks. Quick? Mine is horizontal and measure 350 X 1000 approximately. Immersion boss in the end. Just a single coil job, with the standard foam lagging is all I need. Thanks

Norfolk Marine are the cheapest around that I could find when I bought my Surecal one in the earlier part of this year. Hassle free and very quick delivery. Recommended.

From bitter experience, make sure that you get both the aperture size and the length of the coil right (ie not too long).

Engine coolant plumbed in for me. Best of both worlds.

if you only want an element one it’ll be loads cheaper!

I have a Surejust twin coil calorifier plus mains immersion heater, so the options are engine heating, Webasto heater or mains if alongside.

A major difference about the Surejust is that it uses copper for the heating coils whereas some use stainless steel, which is poor at heat transference. I get hot water at the tap within a few minutes' running the engine.
