Boat alert monitoring system to mobile phone

What do you guys reckon is the most practical package to monitor your boat when it is unattended.
I am thinking :

• Shore Power disconnect/no power
• Movement sensor/camera
• Perhaps door and hatches alarm
• Bilge pump alarm
• Fire alarm

Have I missed any essential functions.
I am thinking something basic that one could add more modules to monitor additional functions.

I think the guys working on OpenPlotter are adding similar functionality - but it's a bit DIY. I think they're using Telegram, an open source WhatsApp alike. Boat can send image, video and text messages to your phonr.
