Ah ok, I was thinking each alternator would do each engine battery and then one alternator may do both domestics in addition. If that is there case I should presumably find another diode splitter becausse other wise flat domestics could drain a starter battery.

Pretty sure if you check there will already be a diode or relay keeping the banks separate on the charging system, or there would be no point in have three isolators. I think all you need to do is wire the new mains charger as discussed and maybe look at how the alternators are wired, just so you know what's what.
