Bleeding Black Rubber

Hi all,
I am trying to save myself some cleaning time. Does anyone know how to stop the black rubber trim from bleeding onto the white GRP?
All advice greatly recevied.

Replace with new is the only way I'm afraid. It gets worse and worse as the years go by
