Black grommets for Bavaria diesel tank

I'm trying to find a supplier for the black rubber grommets in the top of a 2005 Bavaria 36. There are 4 in total. 1 for the diesel out, 1 on the return which are 12mm ID and two on a plastic sight glass tube which have an 8mm ID. Not quite sure what the point or the sight glass is, as its horizontal on the top of the tank??? but any way they are leaking and need to be replaced.

I have already contacted SVB but they tell me they are discontinued.

Suggest you join here bavariayacht.org/forum/index.php and ask your question. Pretty sure the problem has come up before, although I never had it with either of the Bavarias I owned. As you will see the forum is pretty active and you should get a quick response.

Anyone got information or diametions of these grommets. UC-2802. 8mm. One of mine has started weep so need to do something about them.

We had a B36 2004 from new. From new diesel leaked thro the grommets. We investigated and discovered that the holes in the tank had been drilled at an angle, so the grommets had minimal contact with the tank.
As a first step I would try thorough cleaning and sealing with a hydrocarbon resistant sealant- I think Loc-Tight make something.

You might find grommets on the web at Amazon or eBay especially if the hole size becomes oversize when correcting angularity..
The markings on those fitted may give a clue to source.

Remember that the grommets should be suitable for bio fuel .
