Falmouth Boat Co. fitted Biscay 36s from the 1970s until 1990. Does anyone know the whereabouts of the Biscay 36 moulds?

Doesn't ' Old Varnish ' of these forums have a Biscay 36 - he may have some clues ?

As it doesn't strike me as a racing boat, might be worth asking on Scuttlebutt too.

I bet that's exactly what it is wanted for.
1970's design, 36 feet, keel hung rudder. It's a golden globe contender,
but not as fast as a Rustler 36.

Hi BitBaltic,
Falmouth Boat Co. isn't sure if the owner would like to pass them on but in time we'll see - and will share any news that we have. The photos show that some serious tree surgery would be needed if anyone was to try and extract the moulds!

only just spotted this thread. Yes, I had a Biscay 36 'Ayesha'. It's a great design. The sort of boat that will always get you there. Perfect for the Golden Globe. Did well for me in the 2005 OSTAR
