A jet aircraft just flew over

I didn't see it, but I suppose it must have been military as all civvy flights are still grounded.

SWMBO is hooked on Pino Colada's; I like the Meths coloured stuff. Seriously though I planned to take the cover off TG on Wednesday and get the mast up. Looking a bit doubtful as even if the planes start again Sunday, it's doubtful ours will be there for Monday morning.

Our middle son is supposed to be flying back from France tomorrow, seems unlikely, we are wondering if he will be back in time for his younger brother's wedding tomorrow week. :(

Let us hope the wind changes in time.

It's actually quite a faff - the chap buying Kioni is in Spain and was supposed to be back yesterday but is stuck out there until Tuesday at the earliest. I have two work colleagues in the US who were due back today who have to wait until next week to know when they can get back. Not good.

Not as significant, but I'm having birthday party today and some of my guests can't make it because of it. Big shame, one of them is my dad :-( he's the life and soul of any party!

Had a text this morning, they are on a bus to Calais, then ferry to Dover and bus from Dover to London, expect to be home late tonight, so all is well for the wedding.

However my sister who lives in Senegal may well not make it?

Well I'm not going to get my mast up this week. Tales of 4 to 5 days before the flights start again and then there has got be to be 3000 displaced persons trying to find vacancies on flights that are normally fully booked.
