Once had a very disconcerting experience in Maybole, when me an mah pal, we wus roadiein furra band, got huckled & slung oot o' ra toon hall fur droppin oor drawers on ra stage ahent ra supportin act. Jings, yon miners hae got nae sense o' humour. They a' kept shoutin at us, 'Ur youse kinky ur whit, d'e ken' an then they widnae let us back in. Whit a bunch o' gadgies. They're idea o' fun wis gettin blootered and beatin the livin crap ooty yin anither. Talk aboot duelin banjo territory.
