Not looking for high brow but good value decent food.
We like the Ketchrigger at Hamble point or the Waterside at Mercury
The White Hart
I stopped going there having been disappointed on several occasions.

Another vote for Dolce vita. Despite the temptation to rip off all the rich yachts, the owner has kept the prices reasonable and the food quality high.
I asked him about this once and he said that he would rather have a full restaurant year- round than make loads of money on sailing days and be deathly quiet on midweek out of season. Hence, the locals use the place regularly.
We eat there several times a month and I am yet to have a bad meal.
