Berth in Spain

Have just moved to a berth in Denia.Am not living aboard but visiting about 3 months a year for sailing.Have heard of a tax in Valencia area called G 5.Anyone have any information about this please?

The G5 can best be described as a harbour dues cum council tax, as it refers to services such as water piping, and refuse collections, and lighting.

Can't remember exactly but its something like £400 for a 40fter! THey have some formula which is a 0.** figure times the length of the boat times the days stayed.
