Can anyone suggest where I can get some "O" ring seals to fit the Bennett trim tabs, a quick Google search has come up with lots of results on forums from the USA regarding leaky seals and Bennett themselves replying to posts offering a o ring kit with fitting instructions free of charge, but I have found Bennett in the uk really unhelpful, they have told me they will only supply me with a new actuator and the seals aren't available as a seperate part.
One of my actuators I have noticed is leaking a bit from the top seal after taking it out of the water.

I'm surprised. Yes, Bennett do not offer free replacement seals in the UK like they do in the US (sad really, they must cost only pennies). Bennett themselves do not have a presence here though, so understandable.. However I was supplied a set of seals by a UK Bennett agent about 2 years ago, they weren't very expensive and they supplied them quickly ( galling they weren't free though, of course !). I just got the name of the UK importer from the main Bennett website and they pointed me towards an agent who could supply the parts. If you have no luck with taking that route, I'll dig out the information for you.

Thanks, I will try contacting them again, in all fairness it was the week before Christmas when I rang them and the person I spoke to sounded rushed and not very helpful, they could of been winding down for Christmas, only partially staffed or even finishing early for the Christmas party. Although this is not an excuse for the way I was dealt with, I do find it hard to believe that the seals aren't available in the Uk but are in the USA. I will try ringing them again this week.

I used to keep them in stock and got them from Marine Compnents International, other dealer to try is PH Marine, both are usually very helpful.

Yep ph marine know everything about Bennett. .they might be at the boat show currently of course and so preoccupied
