Beneteau Antares side vents

I
Have a approx 2010 Beneteau Antares , probably a long shot but would anyone know where to source these vents that are
Located port and starboard of the boat?
Please see a pic, just looking to replace them as they look a bit on the old
Side

You don't say which model of Antares, anyway, I think you will find those mouldings are bonded in and there is a risk of damaging the hull gelcoat in trying to break the bond. Looks like they have been painted previously so why not rub down to remove all that paint and spray paint?
