Hi I have noticed several different set ups for the twin rudders on these boats. How should they be set up? Toe in, toe out and just parallel the boats centre line?
Any advise from Beneteau?

A reply based on theory: they should be parallel when steering straight ahead but progressively toe out as you steer so that when you turn to port the port rudder turns through a larger angle than the stbd rudder. (Just like the front wheels on your car). However, that change in relative rudder angles will be due to the geometry of the two tiller arms which will normally both angle inwards when straight ahead.
