Beer and Natter

If that's the best reply you can give Gary I'm glad I've given it a miss, what is it with you? Do you have some kind of racist view of anyone North of Watford. I was just wishing you all a good night out.

The phrase you used is Yorkshire, I live in Nottinghamshire.

Oh dear... I was born in Nottingham (Carlton then moved to Mapperley), I am about as 'Southern' as you are ya wally.

Oi!!...you keep yer grubby mitts off my ice machine! It's bad enough my good name is being tarnished by the association with Rushy and Kwackers this weekend without the rest of you loitering around and pilfering from my boat! ;) :P
What will the neighbours think?!

too late Lisa, I've despatched Steve to have it relocated to Bizzy Bee for the weekend :)

as any fule no the civilised world ends at the M27, theres nothing north of that bar wasteland and whippets

M27? I have trouble driving into Southampton! I get a nose bleed these days when I leave the confines of the New Forest, but I may venture out to Swanwick just to see the Kawasaki W1(it's the oldest kwaka I know of;)) and Searush, seein's they've gone to the trouble of a two man welsh invasion of southern England

I'm in Mercury awaiting the arrival of our Northern "friends...?" . We have a sort of a plan to practice for tomorrow night and in the morning bumble out towards Cowes to be back in Swanwick for lunch (or afternoon tea if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction).
If you're about please feel free to join us.

Is that an offer of a place onboard Col? or did you mean other craft in company?

Either Or Dave. No plan as such has been firmed up yet. Andy (Jurgen) is coming down tonight but i dont know his plans like for tomorrow yet. So at the moment theres only the three of us (kwaka, Searush and me), i think i can take up to six. If you or anyone else wants to join us you're better off calling me in 07584 658400. I'm in phone contact with a few others who are going to the gig tomorrow so we may be able ti persuade more to join in.

Force Four at Bursledon have donated a £25 voucher for the raffle. I thought I would mention it on the open forum as PR for Andy and his colleagues at Force Four for their kind gesture. Please add to the list of prizes and I will bring it along tomorrow evening.

Trevor

By the way, it's not too late to pop along to this one for anyone who hasn't put their name on the list... it's very much an informal affair and a chance for you to meet up with those that you've been conversing with in the virtual sense. Turn up, have a drink and a natter, or stay a little longer for a bite to eat :encouragement:
